Sahera is a global leadership consultant, author, keynote speaker, coach, and specialist DE&I practitioner reflecting her lived experience and global experience working in over 25 countries. She has a Master in Organisational and Coaching psychology and has worked on transformational change projects in the corporate, government and community sectors, as well as capacity-building projects with organizations such the World Bank, WHO and World Food Program.

Sahera is also the Founder of Worldwide SHEroes, a social enterprise dedicated to connecting women from underserved communities with accomplished global mentors. Through this cross-cultural mentorship platform, women are empowered to rise to their leadership potential, strengthen self-reliance and improve economic empowerment.   In just two years, Worldwide SHEroes has supported 150 women across 35 countries, dedicating 1000+ hours of leadership mentoring and aligning these efforts with 5 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
