Clare had the privilege in her early corporate career of working in a team with 12 nationalities and 14 languages. This immersion into language and cultural diversity, though not always easy, was the foundation for her passion for embracing diversity and harnessing difference in teams.

Working with organisations across the globe, Clare specialises in the neuroscience of leadership and change and is on a mission to help people understand their natural and innate biases and how they can harness the social nature of their brains to fins commonality and create cohesion.

When she’s not on a work mission, Clare loves nothing more than to immerse herself in nature, tap dance every week and keep devouring new information about the brain. ᐧ
