Jude’s career spans a diverse range of sectors across Germany, the UK and Australia. She is highly skilled in developing insight led strategic solutions for people engagement and currently leads for Coca-Cola's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda across the ASEAN & South Pacific region, which encompasses Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Myanmar and Thailand.

Prior to this she worked for Hospitality Group Merivale, News Corp, the Sydney Opera House and MTV. Jude’s career highlights include launching the ‘Relaunch Project’ – an Australian pilot initiative between Google and Women in Media (NFP) to increase the number of women in senior leadership in media. The 6 month program, now in its second year, was specifically targeted at women who had taken a career break and not only empowered the participants but challenged bias on age. Last year she had the privilege to lead Coca-Cola’s first global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Summit, which leveraged the spotlight of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup™, focussed on driving gender equity beyond the field in the workplace. As a big believer of outside-in thinking Jude is the founder of an industry agnostic female networking initiative called “Table of Thought” a safe space for senior female leaders to unpack workplace challenges & opportunities leveraging the collective wisdom of the group. Jude’s proudest achievement to date is raising her daughter Quinn.
