Justine is GPT’s Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing. Justine’s career has seen her work for a range of blue chip employers in both the UK and Australia across a number of People related disciplines spanning Graduate Recruitment, HR Business Partnering, Talent and Organisational Development. For the last 10 years Justine has focused on two areas of passion for her – Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing. She has worked in this arena across the legal, telco and property sectors and is passionate about developing and driving inclusive and healthy organisational culture, through which enhanced individual employee engagement and wellbeing, team success and improved business outcomes can all be realised.
