A values-led Leader with extensive experience in large global Corporates spanning IT, Professional Services, Banking, Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Shipping and Petroleum, Kylie has a Masters in Organisational Coaching from University of Sydney, a Diploma in Coaching (AoEC) and a BComm in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University.

With a focus on equity and inclusion, she uses her background in coaching, growth mindset and neuroscience to foster a culture where everyone can succeed and achieve their ambitions. Kylie is committed to helping organisations build inclusive cultures that optimise performance and innovation through data driven insights and a personal passion to remove obstacles that prevent people from reaching their full potential. Driven by purpose, she has experience leading a long-term D&I strategy underpinned by change management, focused on driving behavioural and mindset change.
