As an Inclusion Program Manager at ANZ, Sangi is responsible for owning, managing and supporting the Given the Chance program across ANZ. Working alongside Brotherhood of St Laurence, Sangi has worked on strongly advocating for the program to recruit refugees and asylum seekers into the bank by building comms plans, engaging with new leaders and converting placements into perm roles. With a committed focus on providing more refugees with meaningful job opportunities Sangi has managed to almost triple the number of recruits throughout the years since starting her role 3 years ago and is now focusing on expanding the program further to include more support pillars for candidates and line managers.
